Fear is not good for the immune system

It’s never healthy to panic. It is wise to strengthen your immune system and prepare yourself for any virus or assorted microbe that might come along and educate yourself about ways to defend yourself, but constant worry does not do anyone any good. Take a deep breath and know that we have magnificent self healing potentials and there are many allies-plants and others-who can help us. I don’t have all the answers of course but I do trust that I have what I need to protect myself to a good extent. I don’t make any claims of course, but I’m always open to sharing ideas.
